Create Change With Who Knows One? Workshops

Micah Hart engages an audience with his team-building program Who Knows One?

Who Knows One? workshops are dynamic and designed to create “A-ha!” lightbulb moments for the participants as it pertains to several different workplace areas, including problem solving, content marketing, and team culture and relationship building.

Each workshop is customizable to fit your needs, and can range from a one-hour program to a faciliated, half or all-day affair that dives deep into specific challenges your team is facing.

Who Knows Culture Building?

Who Knows One? is built upon the idea that everyone is connected and anyone can play a part in accomplishing a goal, which also happens to be a fundamental principle of a healthy workplace. Teamwork, vulnerability, and the free sharing of information are pillars upon which success
is founded.

This workshop uses the show’s premise as an anchor to explore the tools you need to create an environment that encourages people to play an active role rather than check out.

What you will get out of it:

  • How to avoid silos
  • The importance of relationship building
  • Long-term vs. short-term mindsets

Who Knows Content?

It’s hard to get people’s attention these days – there’s a never-ending bombardment of the senses from every possible outlet – but it’s also never been easier to tune out the things you prefer to ignore. The answer is simple: if you want people to give you their time, you have to give them something of value in return. This workshop will give you the tools to help you do that.

What you will get out of it:

  • Learning what makes good content
  • How to build a useful content marketing strategy
  • How to determine what content is right for you

Who Knows Creativity?

Every business has problems – some big, some small, some impacting everyone and some that only apply to specific groups. No matter your dilemma, creative problem solving can help find a solution. This workshop is designed to teach you the fundamental principles of creativity – how to look for previously unforeseen opportunities, how to challenge assumptions, and how to create an environment that allows people to share their best ideas and work collaboratively.

What you will get out of it:

  • How to look for creative solutions
  • How to facilitate a successful brainstorm
  • Learn obstacles to creativity and how to avoid them
